KASEY REDFERN TRADING CARD FUNDRAISER

"Through this journey, I’ve learned that faith isn’t just something we speak—it’s something we hold onto when everything around us is uncertain. James 1:2–5 has become an anchor for me: to “count it all joy” in trials, not because they are easy, but because of what God is producing through them. There have been moments I never would have chosen, but I’ve seen how God meets me in them with strength I didn’t have before. He has reminded me again and again that He is faithful, steady, and near—even when the road feels long. I’ve had to ask for wisdom often—what to do, how to move forward, how to trust—and He has been generous to give it, just like He promises. This journey has stretched me, but it has also deepened my hope in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Joy has looked different at times—quieter, more intentional—but it’s been real, rooted in knowing that God is at work in me and around me. I’ve come to believe that even here, in the middle of it all, there is purpose and there is growth. I don’t move forward because everything makes sense—I move forward because God is good and He is with me. I’ve seen His faithfulness through answered prayers, through people showing up, and through peace that doesn’t always have an explanation. Thank you for being part of that—your prayers, your encouragement, your presence have meant more than I can put into words. So I continue to trust, to hope, and to choose joy—believing that God is using every part of this story for something greater than I can see. I believe that He is doing the same thing in every part of your story. Hebrews 12:2 says, "Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."  Whatever comes we can choose joy because that's what Christ chose as He laid down His life for us."
