God promised that He would build a prevailing church through those that live by a revelation of Jesus Christ. This church would prevail over the gates of hell, and have the power to release the Kingdom of heaven on the earth. The church is not a building, but a body – a gathering of “called out ones” that would express His excellencies in the earth.
Our heart is for the scattered and the rooted. The wounded and the healed. The lost and the mature. The least and the greatest. Young and old. Black, white, and everything in between.

We desire to build a brotherhood where we can become all that God has purposed for us. Every winning team has this common characteristic - a good dynamic in the locker room. Similarly, we win in life when we have people in our corner that have our back, stand with us, sharpen us, challenge us, and pursue something greater beside us. We’re a group of men in genuine pursuit of Christ and each other so that we can walk toward victory together.

Every person and circumstance is a pristine prism of the Lord. The light of God shines on us and in us, bending through us to create an array of beauty, color, and authenticity that the world has yet to see. The light of God is endlessly creative in the hearts of people. The prism that projects the light of God to the world is not always glamorous, comfortable, or desirable. Sometimes it is a fiery furnace, a volatile storm, or a spitting persecution. But, God is working at all times and in all things to reveal the light of His glory.

We will gather as a church family for Child Dedication — a meaningful moment where parents publicly commit to raising their children in the ways of the Lord, and where we, as the Household of Faith, commit to partner with them in the discipleship of their children. At Prevailing Church, we believe children are not just part of the future Church — they are part of the Church now. Child Dedication is about laying a foundation of faith, and surrounding our children with a community that genuinely pursues God and one another.
